How TrustMark Works

Sellers registered by Paymate and approved for participation in the Paymate TrustMark Program can display a "TrustMark" logo on their website or auction listing to enable buyers to trade confidently with them.

Only Sellers who qualify for Paymate's TrustMark Program, have no record of failure to deliver goods paid for via Paymate and accept the code of conduct prescribed by the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to display the "TrustMark" logo.

By clicking on the Paymate "TrustMark" logo, buyers can view current information held by Paymate on the Seller, including:

  • the TrustMark Status of the seller as being 'approved';
  • the Seller's email address as registered with Paymate;
  • the Seller's Business Name and ABN if provided;
  • the date since the Seller has been continually registered with Paymate;

Buyers can assess the Seller based on this information to trade more confidently online.
