To submit a claim under the TrustMark Program, please send details as follows to

within 45 days of the purchase:
- email address of seller
- Paymate Transaction ID (provided in your confirmatory email as well as on conclusion of the payment)
- Description of goods/services purchased
- Why you are making a claim (e.g. goods not received)
- Result of your efforts to resolve the issue with the seller
