I would like to say first of all, how pleased I am with your services and the excellent communication. The starting point of the decision to join Paymate was due to the lack of service and the very poor, nearly non existent, communication with <US Provider>, we had nothing but troubles and almost all answers to questions sent were automatically generated messages, this was highly frustrating, we were seeking alternative ways to continue selling on Ebay but without having to use <US Provider>.  

I live in New Caledonia, South Pacific, only next door to Australia and a friend of mine, Patrick, who is a French born Australian Citizen with a great Australian spirit, and I are selling on Ebay Australia. Patrick suggested that we joined Paymate for all the convenience that this could bring us. As I have an ANZ Bank account in Sydney, this was very easily done, and I never looked back on it as your system is simple, easy to use, and in fact it is a pity that it is only restricted to some countries. Patrick discovered Paymate on Ebay, and used it, to make purchases, and he was so please with it that he suggested that we should use it ourselves. 

So, I must very warmly congratulate Paymate for the excellence of the service received, the speed at which payment notices are generated, and the big plus, for transferring the funds received directly into my Bank account, instead of having to do it myself. Keep up the good work with the sincere hope that one day you will go worldwide and become the first in this particular market.

I had originally been with <US Provider>, but they were absolutely hopeless. I spent a fortune incorporating <US Provider> into my website and before I could even complete the upload, they wanted verification (supposedly something they do on a regular basis) and I was locked out until verification was complete.

The <US Provider> computers would not accept my verification code, so after some very expensive phone calls to the US from NZ, I gave them some very bad language and left them. This was brought up on a yahoo group (Electronics_101) and several people there had a similar experience, in fact they led me to a web site that is all about <US Provider> and how bad they are.

Many of the complaints were exactly the same as mine. Some one at the yahoo group suggested PayMate, and I have never looked back. <US Provider> cost me a fortune that I can never recover.  I have been more than happy with PayMate, and am looking at using your services a LOT more in the near future.

Being an online service provider – I build websites – it’s important to be able to offer people a variety of payment options.  And being a small business the facility mustn’t be too slow or too expensive. 

 

Paymate meets both of these criteria.  

 

It allows me to offer credit card as a payment option, and it does so without the overly rigorous rules and ridiculously expensive merchant fees the big banks impose. I have the funds in my own bank account typically within 24 hours – and that is crucial for maintaining cash flow in a small business. 

 

I even recommend and use Paymate as the gateway for the ecommerce sites I build.

Dotcom Netware Limited would like to thank Paymate for providing our credit card merchant services to our 3 online businesses on both sides of the Tasman. We appreciate how easy it is for both our customers and our staff to use.

Initially we were with <UK Provider> but as a small business we couldn’t justify the ongoing expense of maintaining an account. If Paymate had been around when we launched we could’ve saved over NZ$1200.00 on our set up costs. We also appreciate the next day deposits whereas previously we were having to wait until we hit a pre-set high value for the month.

We then changed to using <US Provider> as our preferred form of credit card payment but we found it awkward and not very user friendly as our customers were forced to set up an account. Since discovering Paymate we have closed down our <US Provider> account and solely use Paymate for all our credit card payments.

I have recommended Paymate to other net based businesses that we know and I would personally have no issues recommending it to anyone.

I have used paymate as my online payment method for my VBA tutorials and MS WORD Add-ins for the last 5 years.
