As a 24x7 online payments service provider, we are judged on our performance on every transaction, every day, by every client. We have been measuring our performance on client satisfaction every year since our launch in October, 2001. We do this via an annual online survey in which both sellers and recent buyers rate us on five key factors. Here are the summary results. The overall rating has been over 8/10 every year since launch.
