New Zealand Fees – Credit Card Payments

Standard Account

Credit card payments incur fees for sellers only. These consist of a fee based on the value of the payment and a flat fee per payment.

The current seller fees for a standard account is 3% + $0.50 per payment.

There is currently NZ$5000 limit on how much you can receive in a month.

EBusiness Account

This account is for NZ sellers who will exceed NZ$5,000 per month in credit card payments. This account has a monthly service fee of $30 per month payable in advance and is non refundable. This fee will be automatically debited to the registered bank account.

The transaction fee is 3% + $0.50 per payment.

Note that since Paymate delivers payment services from Australia, no GST is payable on our fees at this time.
