To enable us to manage your personal and financial information securely and for you to use our services safely, we need you to select a username and password every time you log into the Paymate site. You can also use these details to speed up checkout when making a purchase using Paymate Express.
Username
Once selected, your username can only be changed by contacting

Password
Paymate requires you to make up a password:
- between 6 and 8 characters in length;
- combining both letters and numbers.
Please do NOT write down your username and password. For your own protection, Paymate requires you to keep these confidential and we encourage you to change your password regularly.
Hint Question and Answer
Please provide a question that only you will know the answer to. For example, ‘What is my first pet’s name?’You will need the answer and other personal details to change your password and so we may identify you if necessary.
Please ensure you never provide your Username and/or password to anyone in response to email requests. You will never be asked by Paymate to disclose such information legitimately.
