You can log into your Paymate Account at any time to view your payments received and sent.  You can also securely:

• Change your personal details 
• Change your login details
• Change your Paymate Account Type - Australia
• Change your Paymate Account Type - New Zealand
• Change your financial details

You can use this online service to manage your payments and online business.

Closing your Account
 
 
We can of course cancel your Paymate registration for you. You cannot actually do this yourself, you must send a request for cancellation by emailing clientservices@paymate. com.au and if possible include a reason for the cancellation.

As an alternative you can simply continue your Paymate registration with our free Standard Account (no monthly subscription fees are charged) and if you then need Paymate in the future you can simply login at that time.
