Custom Skins for Express Payment

 

Paymate is pleased to offer a new feature to enable clients to tailor Paymate Express Payment pages to suit individual websites, in terms of 'look and feel' - your Custom Skin.  This is a service provided under our Paid Support program, with a standard service requiring 2 x 30 minute blocks to be purchased in advance.  For this price, we will deliver 2 'skins' or colour combinations that are coordinated with your website colours and also meet Paymate approval.  Note that since Paymate Express is the secure page at which buyers athorise payment, we require the colours to look professional and in keeping with Paymate's brand values of safety, security and reliability.

To order your Express Custom Skins:

  1. Go to our Paid Support page and pay for 2 x 30 minute blocks of service time. 
  2. Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   with your details as requested on that page and Custom Skins in the subject field.
  3. Paid Support will respond to you to confirm the website styles and any colour preferences. 
  4. Paid Support will then deliver 2 x Custom Skins on a page you can view.  Please select the one you like and confirm via email.
  5. Paid Support will have the selected skin activated by Paymate so that any Express Payment to you will display your Custom Skin. 

 NB:  If you require additional variations of Custom Skins, Paid Support will estimate the effort and ask you to pay for additional blocks of time in advance. 

 

Custom Logo 

In addition to the above, you may specify your logo for display on the Paymate Express page. This can take up to 72 x 738 pixels on the top centre section of the payment page (where currently the Paymate logo is displayed).   If you provide a logo, the standard "Paymate Express" logo will be replaced by a smaller "powered by paymate" logo that will appear below your logo.

NB:  Your logo must also be approved by Paymate.  They cannot be animated, infringe any third party rights nor include content that Paymate deems unsuitable or not in keeping with Paymate's brand values.
