Paymate Registration

Please read the following regarding the registration, application and account review process and what to expect.

You are applying to Paymate so you can begin accepting credit card transactions for your business or personal needs, including your website and/or for your eBay Selling account. Selecting a payment provider is an important decision, and we hope to make it as simple as possible. We want to make sure we are providing you the service and support you need to be successful and the first step is making sure you understand what happens next.

Australia and New Zealand Sellers

Step 1: Click on the link below to complete and submit your registration.

Step 2: You will receive an e-mail from us when your registration is received instructing you to set up your Paymate "myAccount" through our website.

Step 3: To setup your "myAccount" with Paymate, use the username and and password created in Step 1 and login on the Paymate website homepage (top left tile) to allow you to access and manage your account and review your transaction activity.

Step 4: Once you have logged in to your "myAccount" please complete the Paymate merchant account application. Make sure that you fill in all blanks with a red asterisk beside them. 

Part of this process may also include a 'ping' to your account to verify the connection (for AU sellers only).

Please be aware if this account is to be used for eBay, you must have an eBay positive feedback rating of at least 98%.

Step 5: Now you may accept your first payment through your website or via the Express Payment link on the Paymate website.

Step 6: When this first payment is received, Paymate will complete the review of your account. Based on this information Paymate MAY request a security deposit. 

Step 7: Unless further information is required from you in Step 6, you may continue accepting payments through your website or via the Express Payment link on the Paymate website. We will notify you if any further information is required.
