New Zealand Seller Fees
As of Wednesday 12th September 2012, we have introduced a simplified pricing structure. Paymate's new fee structure for New Zealand sellers is comprised of a unique Account Type and a transaction fee only:

The monthly payment limit for sellers in New Zealand has been increased to NZ$20,000 (Note: this can be further amended by contacting our customer support).
Foreign currency payments
Sellers in New Zealand can accept credit card payments from buyers in 60 countries. Foreign currency payments do not incur foreign currency fee as the buyer’s credit card is debited in NZ$. Therefore, the buyer is liable for any currency conversion fee directly with their credit card issuer.
Minimum and Maximum Payment Amounts
The minimum payment amount a sender can make in a single payment transaction via Paymate is NZ$1, and the maximum is NZ$9,999.
Fees on Refunds
Note that we cannot refund fees for payments that are refunded to the buyer at the request of the buyer or the seller, since all costs have generally been incurred in processing the original payment.
Charge-back Fees
A charge-back is initiated when a buyer requests a refund because they did not receive their goods, or they were substantially not as described. In such cases, we need to refund the payment and provide our bank (and the buyer's bank) with details of the transaction, sales terms and shipment details including proof of delivery.
We attempt, on our seller's behalf, to show proof of delivery and that the terms of sale were met. If successful, the charge-back is reversed, if not, the seller's bank account is debited to recover the payment. When we are unsuccessful Paymate is charged a fee by the bank. We then in turn charge the Seller a charge-back fee.
Our charge-back fees to cover these costs is a nominal NZ$30.00 per charge-back enquiry.
